
🧑🍳Gastroclubs for the defenders of Mariupol and their families were launched in Kyiv.
At the first meeting, the participants, under the guidance of the chefs, prepared a summer salad with halloumi and watermelon, chicken souvlaki in a Greek marinade with lemon and spices, as well as a plum pie. In addition to the culinary part, the evening also had a cultural dimension: poems by Lina Kostenko, Volodymyr Sosyura, author's poetry of the participants and Ukrainian songs performed by girls from the community were performed.
The initiative belongs to Rinat Akhmetov's project “Heart of Azovstal”. The Gastrosenses team is responsible for the culinary component.
