

He noted that there are residential high-rise buildings near the site of the attack.
At 22.14, according to Terekhov, six casualties were known. The mayor previously informed that there was a young child among them.
In a commentary to the Kharkov media outlet Dumka, Terekhov described the damage from the impact.
“Two cars burned to the ground, two cars were damaged. I want to say that five residential multi-storey buildings were damaged. Windows were broken, and in addition, the electrical network was damaged,” he said. Terekhov added that all relevant services necessary to eliminate the consequences of the shelling are working at the scene.
The journalist noted that this was the second hit in this yard in a short time, and asked whether everything was restored after the previous attack. Terekhov replied that partly yes, but now everything needs to start all over again.
He also spoke about the enemy drone with which the Russian Federation attacked the city this time.
“There was Shahed, filled with shrapnel,” Terekhov informed. He noted that the consequences of the shelling could have been more serious, “completely different.”
When asked whether the Russian Federation used such a UAV in Kharkov for the first time, the mayor found it difficult to answer.
