The interim president Ilie Bolojan promulgated the law that allows the bloom of drones in the Romanian airspace and the one regarding the peace time of military missions and operations on the territory of the Romanian state, writes News.ro. According to the Presidential Administration, the interim president of Romania, Ilie Bolojan, signed on Monday, the decree for promulgating the law on peace time and military operations on the territory of the Romanian state and the decree for promulgating the law on the use of the national air space.

The legislation stipulates that against the aircraft with pilot on board which uses the following measures: the following measures can be used unauthorized:

The aircraft unprepared which illegally passes the state border of Romania and flies into the national air space without authorization can be destroyed, neutralized or its flight can be taken under control.
The measures are taken with adequate means, in relation to the level of threat, within the limits of the applicable international law, after all the specific circumstances of the event have been taken into account and taking into account the priority of protecting the lives of the people, the last possible solution being the destruction of the unmanned aircraft on board which uses the national airspace.
