New potholes are being looked for on newly repaired Krasnoyarsk roads

In Krasnoyarsk, an inspection of the road surface after winter has started.

According to the mayor of the city, Sergei Vereshchagin, first of all, specialists check the streets that are under warranty – there are more than 230 such objects. An assessment has already been carried out on Sverdlovskaya, Ketskhoveli and Yaryginsky Proezd, and comments have been sent to the contractors. They will repair defects at their own expense as soon as weather permits.

In some areas where safety needs to be urgently ensured, cast asphalt is temporarily used. Such repairs are carried out out of season on highways with heavy traffic and public transport routes. Over the past week, work was completed at nine sites, including Gaidashovka Street, Yeniseisky Trakt, Shakhterov and Matrosova.

Vereshchagin instructed the services to also take into account citizens’ signals about potholes on the roads in order to adjust plans.
