In Kodinsk, three men ordered a firecracker on the marketplace and decided to test it at the race track. This was reported to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
The men made sure the road was empty and then lit the fuse. However, at that time a Land Cruiser was passing by, with a child inside.
The driver of the car provided Gornovosti with a recording from the DVR and shared the details:
“It thundered terribly! The dog on the road ran away, the child got scared, I myself thought that an explosion had happened below me. There was a 30-centimeter crater left in the snow,” the man said.

No one was injured as a result of the incident, but the driver of the SUV contacted the police department with a request to bring those involved to justice.
Now law enforcement officers are conducting an investigation and have been able to identify the men who threw the firecracker at the car.
