The average salary in Russia increased by more than 40 thousand rubles over the month. This is evidenced by data from the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System (EMISS), which TASS studied.

“Average monthly nominal accrued wages of workers in the economy since December 2025: Russian Federation – 139,727 rubles,” the materials say.

In November 2025, the average salary in the country was 98,192 rubles, the report indicates.

The average monthly nominal accrued wages are calculated by dividing the accrued wages fund for employees on the payroll, non-payroll and external part-time employees by the average number of employees and by the number of months in the reporting period.

The wage fund includes wages accrued to employees (including personal income tax and other deductions in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation), compensation payments related to working conditions and working hours, additional payments and allowances, bonuses, one-time incentive payments, as well as payments for food and accommodation, which are systematic.
