In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, state traffic inspectors met three children very late in the evening who had gone for a walk without parental supervision.
The police said that the traffic police crew was patrolling the streets of Balakhta and at some point noticed two 10-year-old girls and an 11-year-old boy. The time was very late, and there were no adults around. The inspectors stopped and decided to find out where the children were going.
“The little travelers answered that they were just walking and living nearby. When they got bored playing in the local area, the guys went for a walk outside their yard. Having found out their information, one of the police officers went to accompany the children home. An alarmed mother was already running towards them, who by that time was looking for them on her own,” the press service said.
It turned out that the woman let the children play in the fence with the dog and watched them through the window. When they disappeared from her sight, the mother began to look for them.
“Police officers handed the children over to their mother. PDN inspectors arrived at the scene and worked with the parent. The mother, in turn, thanked the police for their sensitivity, professionalism and efficiency,” the press service explained.
