In Krasnoyarsk, the director of the Dorinveststroy company, Artsrun Harutyunyan, received another sentence and will spend a total of 10 years in prison.
The joint press service of the courts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory recalled that the company, led by Artsrun Harutyunyan, entered into a municipal contract for the repair of courtyard driveways near houses in the Leninsky district, but carried out them improperly. Understanding this, Artsrun Harutyunyan submitted false documents to the district administration about the quality of the concrete mixture of the given batch quality, as well as false test reports for asphalt concrete pavement samples.

Investigators qualified this as theft of someone else's property by deception, committed using one's official position, on a large scale (Part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The court established a mercenary motive for the crime, as well as the fact that Harutyunyan did not satisfy the demands to redo the work efficiently or return the money.
“When committing this crime, Harutyunyan used his official position as the general director of PKF Dorinveststroy LLC to steal other people’s funds, directly using his official powers, including organizational and administrative responsibilities in a commercial organization. Since Harutyunyan entered into a municipal contract and managed funds as the head of a commercial organization,” the court noted.
Artsrun Harutyunyan was found guilty of the crime and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 3 years. Taking into account previous sentences, he will spend 10 years in a maximum security colony. He will also have to pay two fines: 10 thousand rubles and 15 million rubles. In addition to this, the entrepreneur will be charged the damage caused by his actions – 476.6 thousand rubles, 100 thousand rubles of which have already been returned.
The court noted that the verdict has not yet entered into legal force. The parties still have time to appeal.
