Sometimes it seems that half of the hair remains on the comb, especially after washing your hair. And the reason often lies not only in improper care, but also in stress, seasonal changes or weakened bulbs.
But if you maintain your hair in time, you can stop hair loss without serious losses.
Experienced trichologists assure that these simple, time-tested folk remedies will really help restore density and shine to your hair.
1. Mask with burdock oil – nutrition from the roots
- Burdock oil – 2 tbsp. l.
- Egg yolk – 1 pc.
- Honey – 1 tsp.
Mix the ingredients and slightly heat the mixture in a water bath. Apply to the scalp, wrap with film and a towel. Leave on for 40-60 minutes, then wash off with a mild shampoo.
Do it 2 times a week – after a couple of weeks you will notice that there is less hair left on the comb.
2. Nettle infusion – strengthening and shine
Nettle is one of the best remedies for hair loss. It strengthens the roots, stimulates growth and makes hair thicker.
Pour 2 tbsp. l. dry nettle with a glass of boiling water, let it brew for 30 minutes, strain. Use the infusion as a rinse after each shampoo.
3. Mask with coffee – awakens “sleeping” bulbs
- Ground coffee – 2 tbsp. l.
- Kefir – 3 tbsp. l.
- Castor or olive oil – 1 tsp.
Apply to scalp and along hair lengths, leave for 30 minutes. Coffee increases blood flow to the roots, and kefir nourishes and softens the hair.
After several uses, hair becomes stronger and hair loss is noticeably reduced.
4. Rinse with water and apple cider vinegar
A weak solution of apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon per 1 liter of water) neutralizes shampoo residue, adds shine and strengthens roots. Use after washing 1-2 times a week – your hair will become manageable and less likely to break.
5. Scalp massage
Sometimes hair falls out not due to external reasons, but because the roots do not receive enough blood and nutrients. Massage your scalp with your fingertips for 5-10 minutes daily before bed. This stimulates the growth of new hair and strengthens existing ones.
If the hair loss does not decrease even after a month of care, it may not be just the hair. The reason may be hormonal levels, stress, anemia or vitamin deficiency. Then you should get tested and consult a doctor.
Sometimes expensive ampoules and salon treatments are not needed to restore hair. Simple folk remedies are enough – oils, herbs and a little patience. After 2-3 weeks, the hair begins to look vibrant, shiny and strong, and hair loss gradually goes away.
