Krasnoyarsk residents are invited to take classes in hand-to-hand combat and mountain assault training

March 6 16:00

In Krasnoyarsk, the Patriot Youth Center is resuming the work of clubs for young people aged 14 to 35 years. The mayor's office said that classes under the guidance of experienced instructors are held free of charge at the address: Solnechny Boulevard, 11.

Training in military hand-to-hand combat includes the study of striking techniques with hands and feet, throws, painful holds, as well as actions on the ground – on the ground. Classes are suitable for both beginners and those who already have martial arts experience. In addition to physical training, much attention is paid to combat tactics and psychological stability. Classes take place from Monday to Saturday.

Krasnoyarsk residents who want to learn how to overcome vertical obstacles and work with mountaineering equipment are welcome to join the mountain assault training club. During the training, participants will learn knots, safety systems, ascent and descent techniques, as well as methods of transporting goods. This is a great opportunity to gain the skills needed for a safe and fun outdoor activity in the mountains. Classes take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

“It is important for us that young people do not just spend time within the walls of the center, but receive real, applied skills. Military hand-to-hand combat is not only about physical strength, but, above all, about discipline and character. And mountain assault training is a universal school of survival: guys learn to work in a team, overcome fear and heights. Our clubs provide an opportunity to find like-minded people and prepare yourself for any challenge, be it military service or a big tourist trip,” said Konstantin Makarenko, head of the club section department of the Patriot youth military sports center.

You can find out more about the work of the clubs and sign up in the group of the Patriot youth center on the social network VKontakte or by phone: 201-54-90.
