New episodes became known from documents published by the Basmanny Court of Moscow. It is also reported that Loginov will be held in custody at least until March 26 – a total of almost 10 months.
It follows from the appeal petition that the ex-mayor agreed to enter into pre-trial cooperation, which implies an admission of guilt and a willingness to testify against possible accomplices in exchange for a reduced sentence.
Let us remind you that Loginov was detained in June 2025. According to investigators, he received a bribe worth more than 180 million rubles from the general director of a commercial organization – partly in money, partly in the form of construction of a bathhouse on his site. In return, the official ensured that the company won tenders for repairing city roads. The case already includes 12 defendants, including current municipal officials.
