Ianis Hagi and Umit Akdag, the second duel in the last 3 days with Galatasaray
Alanyaspor is undefeated in the Cup after three games (two wins and a draw) and occupies second place in the group, but is going through a more difficult moment in the championship, where it comes after two consecutive defeats: 1-2 against Basaksehir and 1-3 even against Galatasaray.
On the other hand, the winner of the last edition, Galatasaray, is going through an excellent period. Leaders in the Turkish Super League, five points clear of Fenerbahce and the league's best attack (58 goals), the Istanbul outfit top the group with maximum points after three rounds and are already qualified regardless of tonight's result.
The only stake left is to keep the first position, at the expense of the second place. With at least one point obtained in this match, Galata mathematically secures the first position in the group. In Europe, “Cim Bom” qualified for the last 16 of the Champions League after a dramatic extra-time success against Juventus, going on to face Liverpool.
The two teams also met recently in the championship, on February 28, at the Turk Telekom Arena, where Galatasaray prevailed 3-1. Ianis Hagi entered then in the 62nd minute, while Umit Akdag was a full-time player.

Arriving at Alanyaspor at the start of the season on a free contract after parting ways with Rangers, Ianis has made 21 appearances in all competitions with four goals and two assists. On the other hand, the Romanian defender Umit Akdag, also arrived this season, collected 26 appearances, one goal and three assists.
