8 twins were born at the Krasnoyarsk Perinatal Center in February

The Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Center for Maternal and Child Health has summed up the birth rate for February 2026.

According to the press service of the medical institution, over the past month, 318 babies were born at the center: 157 boys and 161 girls. Of these, 8 were twins, there were no triplets.

“The smallest child in February was a boy – his birth weight was 750 grams. The largest child was a boy weighing 5630 grams,” the perinatal center specified.

Let us remind you that the Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Center for Maternal and Child Health is the largest health care institution in the system of maternal and child health care in the region, providing highly qualified specialized and high-tech care to children with various somatic and surgical pathologies, as well as pregnant women, women in labor, postpartum women, girls and women with gynecological diseases.

The center includes the Krasnoyarsk Regional Children's Hospital, the Regional Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children and the Regional Perinatal Center.
