PSB was the first in Russia to launch fully remote opening of a current account for individual entrepreneurs

March 2 12:17
PSB Bank was the first in the Russian market to implement a completely remote process for opening a current account for individual entrepreneurs, eliminating the need for clients to personally visit a branch or meet with a field manager.
Now, an individual entrepreneur from any region of the country can, without leaving his home or office, apply to open an account, select the cash settlement tariff plans of interest, sign contracts digitally, gain access to remote banking services and begin full-fledged work with the account and other PSB business services.
The account opening process takes up to 20 minutes. To submit an application, the client must have a scan of his passport, a confirmed State Services account (USIA), an enhanced qualified electronic signature of the Federal Tax Service and a laptop or desktop computer with Internet access.

Access to payments, transfers, statements and other banking products opens immediately after registration. All interactions with the bank take place in a secure digital channel using advanced encryption and authentication tools.
“PSB has made a qualitative leap in the digitalization of services for small businesses, removing the last “non-digital” point at the very beginning of interaction with an entrepreneur – the need for a personal meeting to open an account. Moreover, we offered not just a remote application system, but an entire digital ecosystem that immediately provides the client with ready-to-use financial instruments. Our new solution is a response to the modern entrepreneur’s request for speed, simplicity and technology, which is especially important for the dynamically developing regions of our country,” said Stanislav Alekhin, managing director of the small and medium-sized enterprise block of PSB.
