In 2025, Sberbank in the Krasnoyarsk Territory issued more than 2,200 educational loans with state support – this is 10% more than a year earlier. In general, the portfolio of such loans in the Krasnoyarsk branch of the bank exceeded 1 billion rubles.

An educational loan with state support helps pay for education at a reduced rate – only 3% per annum. The rest – 18.44% – is covered by the state. According to the terms of the program, only interest on the loan can be paid during training and for 9 months after graduation. The principal amount of the debt is repaid within 15 years after graduation.
Applicants entering higher or secondary vocational educational institutions can receive such a loan. You can only spend money on studying. The borrower must be over 14 years of age at the time of application and not over 75 years of age at the time of loan repayment.

If you don’t have enough Unified State Exam scores to enroll in your chosen department, this is not a reason to give up your dream; a preferential educational loan with state support will help. Today you can calculate the payment, get approval, and then calmly choose a university, knowing that there is a safety net from Sber,” noted Alexander Nuykin, manager of the Krasnoyarsk branch of Sberbank.
