Specialists from Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor believe that light cheeses are an ingenious compromise between the desire to enjoy delicious food and self-care.

Cheese with a fat content of 20 to 30% is very beneficial for blood vessels, since it contains large quantities of glutathione, an antioxidant that neutralizes the action of free radicals that destroy the walls of blood vessels.

In addition, the product contains niacin, which has a beneficial effect on memory and reduces the risk of developing dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

It also contains essential vitamins, for example:

  • vitamin B12, involved in the formation of red blood cells;
  • vitamin A, good for eyes and skin;
  • vitamin B2, necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles;
  • vitamin PP, which affects the functions of all digestive organs and cholesterol metabolism.

In addition, light cheese is rich in calcium, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and magnesium.
