A St. Petersburg resident climbed up scaffolding into an apartment on the 6th floor and demanded to be fed “hot and normal food”
The incident occurred on Moskovsky Avenue. A woman living in the apartment walked into the kitchen and saw a stranger looking into her refrigerator. He saw her and escaped through the window.
Police found him outside the house, walking through scaffolding and looking into other people's apartments. During his arrest, he stated that the woman living in the apartment promised to feed him. He is now detained.
