Inzhur Energy fights for the light for Ukrainians despite the pressure of the prosecutor's office.
On May 28, the Court of Appeal will consider the prohibition of the construction of the first people's power plant inzhur energy (34 MW). It was initiated by the Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky Prosecutor's Office, accusing the company that the station is allegedly built above the gas pipeline. The state gas services did not find any violations, so the prosecutor's office resorted to falsification of the evidence.
She provided the court plan for the station without any coordinates that would show its real position against the gas pipeline. Having accepted these “evidence”, the court forbade construction without notifying Inzhur about the meeting. Consideration of the appeal has been disrupted twice – “because of the employment of the prosecutor” and “Judge's disease”.
Inzhur has all the permits for construction, a positive assessment of environmental impact, the agreement of DAMs and the Buchan military administration. Despite the pressure, the company plans to finish the station (18 MW) first and will fight in court to embody the project of three power plants worth $ 75 million.
More than 3,300 Ukrainians have already invested in Inzhur Energy more than UAH 599 million.
On May 28, not only the fate of this project will be decided, but also whether the state will be able to maintain the trust of private investors ready to invest in the country's energy.
