According to the specialist, there are several “alarm bells”: persistent depression, thoughts about the meaninglessness of life, sudden weight loss or gain, headaches for no reason, sudden attacks of anger, cruelty to animals. It is also worth paying attention to threats of violence, display of weapons, refusal to go to school, sudden changes in social circles, the appearance of unexplained injuries, use of alcohol or drugs.
The combination of two or three such signs, according to the psychologist, requires immediate contact with specialists. Delay can be dangerous, since aggressive behavior is often the result of long-accumulated emotions that adults did not notice in time or ignored.
