In Krasnoyarsk, roads leading to popular tourist spots will be renovated this year. This was reported on the city hall website.
Bazayskaya Street is currently being repaired. It leads to the eastern entrance to the Krasnoyarsk Pillars National Park, the granite quarry and the Torgashinsky ridge. In the area from Sverdlovskaya Street to the non-residential building on Bazayskaya 373, asphalt and curbs will be replaced and sidewalks will be put in order.
Repairs are also underway on Aviator Street. This is one of the largest road projects of the season. Along this street, residents of the Sovetsky district can get to Tatyshev Island. Specialists are working on the turnaround loop in the area of the Planet shopping center. The left turn lock will be moved there and additional acceleration and deceleration lanes will be made. This should reduce the accident rate on the site. Milling of old asphalt also continues.
In the near future, the contractor will begin repairing Igarskaya Street. Road signs with information about the work have already been installed there. The curbs and asphalt on the street will be renewed, including sections of the roundabout with Surikov and Bryanskaya streets. This road leads to the Chapel of Paraskeva Pyatnitsa on Karaulnaya Mountain.
At the same time, renovations are taking place at ten more facilities. In total, 25 road sections are planned to be renovated in Krasnoyarsk in 2026. 1.5 billion rubles were allocated for this work. The work is being carried out within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.
