The images on the cover appear to be generated by a neural network. It is not known for certain whether Vanya Dmitrienko gave permission to use his face on the cover. There are no direct indications of the artist’s identity in the publication, but his features are clearly visible in the photo.
The publication itself is an adaptation of the text of the basic law of Russia into the language of youth slang. Thus, it contains sections “Basic vibe of the country” (fundamentals of the constitutional system), “Chief Sigma of the Russian Federation” (president), “Courts and their beasts – the prosecutor’s office”, “Rights and freedoms of the individual” and so on. The book ends with the “main track of the Russian Federation” (the anthem).
The appearance of this version of the Constitution has already caused a reaction in the public sphere. State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov, commenting on the publication on TVC channelnoted that there is nothing wrong with telling teenagers about the values of the country in a simple and fun language, the main thing is to keep the meaning unchanged.
