“I went to ANAF. We have a draft” – parliamentarians from Putere are working on a tax amnesty for owners of small companies made by the Tax Office to pay VAT in arrears

A parliamentarian from Putere revealed, on Friday, to StartupCafe.ro that at one level of the governing coalition they are working on a proposal for a law that would benefit from tax amnesty those owners of small companies who recently found themselves with tax decisions by which ANAF demands sums of tens of thousands of euros, VAT for the last 6 years, which they have not collected from customers, in the situation where the Tax Office had suspended their tax code VAT
