According to Ptashka, for effective weight loss it is important, firstly, to improve sleep, secondly, to eat at the same time, and thirdly, to give up snacking.
Fourthly, Ptashka advised using artificial intelligence or special applications to calculate the calorie deficit taking into account weight, age and lifestyle and stick to it. She noted that it shouldn't be too big. The main thing is to spend more energy than you consume.
Fifthly, the slimmer Birdie recommended eating in such a way that the diet included vegetables, proteins and carbohydrates according to the “food plate” principle.
“You will be surprised, but you can eat very, very cool, tasty and healthy,” she assured.
In the new video, Ptashka continued to share her experience of losing weight and named five more principles of being slim.
She advised not to play sports through force, replacing activities with walking. The paramedic also added that it is important to eat slowly and not overeat.
“Take photos of all the food you eat. Then you will have a much better understanding of how much you eat in a day,” she noted. “Try not to go on a diet, but to change your lifestyle. This will make it much easier for you to stick to the rules that you choose for yourself.”
Birdie also drew attention to breakdowns and overeating, assuring that they do not affect the final result.
“If you want to eat that cake, eat it and you don’t have to punish yourself for it, you don’t have to work through it later. And if you perceive such things normally, the result will be much faster,” she said.
The bird also showed how it has changed, having lost excess weight.
