A resident of a village in the Krasnoyarsk Territory was able to return money from the Tsenalom hardware store for a defective smartphone. The regional Rospotrebnadzor spoke about this.
A woman from Balakhta purchased a smartphone at a discount store for 14,468 rubles. However, almost immediately after the purchase, problems began: the screen flickered, the phone froze, spontaneously opened applications and did not respond to commands.
The buyer repeatedly contacted the seller demanding a refund for the poor-quality product, but the store ignored her legal demands. As a result, the woman filed a lawsuit. Specialists from Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor joined the proceedings and prepared an expert opinion in defense of the consumer.

Without waiting for a court decision, Tsenalom LLC returned the full cost of the smartphone to the woman. The buyer subsequently withdrew her claim.
Let us remind you that now the chain of hardware stores is on the verge of bankruptcy. The reason for this was the debt of 5 million rubles from its owner.
