“Today we came to the hospital of war veterans to congratulate on the upcoming Defender of the Fatherland Day the fighters who are here for rehabilitation – participants in a special military operation. Of course, first of all, our great concern is helping the participants of the SVO. We regularly send humanitarian aid; yesterday, 126 trucks left for the front. We also cannot ignore men who are undergoing rehabilitation in hospitals. On the battlefield and here in the rear, there are those who value our attention. Also, on February 23, we are holding a traditional party campaign “Warmth for a Hero.” In addition to constant work, we try to please the fighters through such actions,” said Inna Rychkova, head of the party’s regional humanitarian center, chairman of the public council of the party project “Women’s Movement of United Russia”.

The chief physician of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Hospital for War Veterans, Alexey Podkorytov, spoke about the rehabilitation of SVO veterans: “Participants of the SVO undergo surgery here, receive therapeutic and urological care, we use the entire neurological department to provide assistance to such patients. Of course, fighters also need psychological rehabilitation. We have a medical and psychological rehabilitation center in our hospital since 1993. We have accumulated extensive experience working with combat veterans. And now we are using it when working with SVO participants and members of their families. Many people need psychological support. Of course, cultural and festive events are also important. We have such meetings and concerts almost every week. They allow patients to be put into a positive emotional environment. There are many people who want to help. Representatives of the United Russia party came today to congratulate the participants of the Northern Military District on February 23. We wish our soldiers health and a speedy recovery!”
Let us note that “United Russia”, as part of the implementation of the party’s people’s program, regularly holds various events for SVO soldiers and their families, and congratulates them on the holidays.
