Columbus notifies the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in the case of Olga Malinkiewicz
On Wednesday, the management board of Columbus Energy (the investor) informed about submitting a notification to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority suspicion of committing the crime of market manipulation and unlawful dissemination of information about Columbus by a third party.

“The decision to submit this notification was made as a consequence of the systematic activities of Mrs. Olga Malinkiewicz (or persons managing her social accounts) carried out since January 19, 2026, consisting in systematic disseminating false and misleading information about Columbus in the public space, which is one-sided, accusatory and sensational, rather than substantive or evidentiary in nature“- we read in the company's announcement.
In the opinion of the Columbus management board, the published content is of a disinformation nature and is aimed at undermining trust in the Columbus authorities and its business model. In the opinion of the management board, the intention is to create artificial market pressure and may have an impact on the Columbus share price.
Columbus is losing stock. What about stocks?
It must be admitted that Columbus' shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange have been in a downward trend for a long time. On Wednesday, at the close of the WSE session, the price was PLN 4.57, and at the beginning of the year it even exceeded PLN 5.60. In turn, in November 2025, the local peak was set above PLN 7.

Columbus indicates that, for now, the media situation surrounding the company does not have a significant negative impact on Columbus' operations. The Management Board would like to remind you that in connection with the situation in question, on February 16, 2026, it submitted an application to the Internal Security Agency to place the Columbus Group under counterintelligence protection.
