The Good Neighbors project won the competition of initiative projects. As planned by the residents, on the territory square There will be a walking area with paths and rest areas. The improvement of the park will take place in two stages – in 2026 and 2027. 23 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the entire project. The residents themselves will co-finance the project; they will contribute 2.5% of the estimated cost. The initiative group also plans to take an active part in landscaping work.
The management organizations with which they will enter into an agreement will be responsible for the maintenance of the space.
