Strong rains on September 1-3 can provoke rain floods. The most dangerous hydrological situation is predicted in the Yermakovsky, Minusinsky, Balakhtinsky districts and the Karatuz municipal district. The flooding of reduced sections of the area, spills of the rivers are possible.
Rescuers recommend residents of these territories to be extremely attentive, avoid approaching spills and prepare in advance for possible flooding.
According to the Central Siberian UGMS, on September 1, showers and thunderstorms are expected in the central and southern regions of the region.
