Luxurious penthouse in Warsaw sold. The price per meter is the highest in Poland

A luxurious penthouse is located at 11 Okólnik Street and is distinguished not only by its size, but also by an impressive roof terrace with a panoramic view of Warsaw and the Vistula River. There are only five apartments designed in the entire building, three of which have already found buyers.
The aristocratic history of the Ordynacka Tenement House in Warsaw
Kamienica Ordynacka is a neoclassical building from the beginning of the 20th century, completed in 1912 and at that time considered one of the most elegant addresses in the capital. Its construction financed by Princess Maria Ludwika Czartoryskaand the twin buildings at today's numbers 11 and 11A created, together with the neighboring buildings, a coherent, representative frontage.
During World War II, the tenement house was seriously damaged, especially during the Warsaw Uprising. Among other things, it was demolished corner of the building, and the wooden attic burned down. After the war, some of the damage was not rebuilt, which changed the appearance of the facility for decades.

Only in 2011 did thorough revitalization begin. The mansard roof was restored and the damaged corner was rebuilt, restoring much of its pre-war character to the tenement house. Today, over a hundred years after its construction, this historic building is breaking records again – this time on the luxury real estate market.

Premium real estate market. Previous records are far behind
The new transaction clearly broke previous records. In 2025, a 600-meter apartment was sold in Warsaw's Wola district for PLN 30 million, which amounted to approx. PLN 50,000. PLN per square meter
