I save pears and apple trees from moniliosis with 1 bucket of Burgundy mixture – 1 approach in the spring, and in the summer they will be filled with fruits

In spring, it is important to take care of protecting apple trees from fungal diseases such as moniliosis and scab, which can significantly reduce yield. In order to avoid these problems and get large and sweet apples, agronomists advise treating trees with Burgundy mixture in the spring.

What is Burgundy Blend and how does it work?

Burgundy mixture is an effective remedy for combating fungal plant diseases. Unlike the more common Bordeaux mixture, the Burgundy mixture dissolves better and does not leave sediment, which makes it more convenient to use.

To prepare the solution you need to mix 75 grams of soda ash and 75 grams of copper sulfateand then dissolve the resulting mixture in 10 liters of water. The resulting solution should be used to treat apple trees and other fruit trees until the buds open. Spraying should be carried out in dry and cloudy weather to avoid exposure of wet plants to direct sunlight.

The Burgundy mixture has several advantages: it dissolves better in water without leaving sediment, effectively protects against moniliosis, scab and other fungal diseases, and also creates a protective layer on the plant, which helps it more easily tolerate spring diseases.
