The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory imposed a fine of 350 thousand rubles on Zheleznogorsk Dairy Plant LLC. The decision was made based on materials from Rosselkhoznadzor, which has repeatedly identified violations of technical regulations at the enterprise.
An unscheduled on-site inspection showed that the plant produced and sold sour cream, cottage cheese and curd cheeses with violations. Laboratory studies confirmed the discrepancy of the products in terms of fatty acid composition, the presence of vegetable fats and microbial transglutaminase. In addition, the company did not maintain production control over butter and did not maintain HACCP procedures.
Since the violations were recorded again, the court held the legal entity liable under Part 2 and Part 3 of Art. 14.43 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The fine amounted to 350 thousand rubles.
