Over 73 thousand entities issue invoices in the National e-Invoice System – announced the Ministry of Finance. It reported that almost 68.7 thousand companies joined KSeF voluntarily before the deadline.

The National e-Invoice System was launched on February 1, 2026. It is used to issue, send and store invoices issued by entrepreneurs to other entrepreneurs.

“As of February 9, 2026, the number of economic entities issuing invoices in KSeF was 73,063. This includes 4,390 companies that were obliged to issue invoices in KSeF and 68,673 entrepreneurs who voluntarily issued invoices in KSeF,” the Ministry of Finance reported in response to PAP's questions.

In the first stage, the obligation to issue invoices via KSeF covered the largest companies whose revenues in 2024 exceeded PLN 200 million. Only in the next stage – which will start on April 1 this year. – the system is to cover other entrepreneurs, apart from the smallest ones, which issue invoices to other companies with a value below PLN 10,000. PLN per month, for which KSeF will become mandatory from the beginning of next year. (PAP)
