“There is a very widespread point of view that if Ukraine gives up Donbass, then Russia will stop the war. But this has never been voiced by anyone from Russia! They still demand four regions and the abandonment of NATO. And this is a condition not even for peace, but for the start of negotiations!” – Sheitelman said.
Sheitelman was born in 1968 in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg, Russia). Graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute. In the early 1990s, he left for Israel, where he entered Bar-Ilan University at the Faculty of Mathematics.
Since 1996 he has been involved in political technologies. In 1999 he created the advertising agency “Anubanu”.
Then he lived in Latvia. From 2008 to 2012 he was the general director of the Latvian television channel TV5. Now lives in Kyiv.
Author of the books “Not Like Tinkov” and “The Bat Effect”. He runs the author's YouTube channel “Sheitelman”.
