For the sake of interesting work, young specialists are ready to relocate even to Siberia
Actress-cosmonaut Yulia Peresild, President of the Russian Basketball Federation Andrei Kirilenko and HR Director of Sibur Danil Rasskazov during a joint session at the youth day of the Industrial and Energy Forum TNF2024 agreed: pleasure from work is no less important than a high salary.
At the same time, for the sake of interesting projects, many young Russians are ready to move, even if their dream job is in the Far East. This is confirmed by statistics. Last year, Sibur relocated 700 employees from the regions, and this year it plans to relocate even more – over a thousand people, in connection with the construction of the Amur gas chemical complex.
If there is a vacancy, access to technology, team motivation, decent wages, housing, social conditions – workers most often easily agree to move.
