In the Achinsk district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, state traffic inspectors detained the driver of a passenger minibus, who was deprived of the right to drive vehicles.

A Ford Transit traveling from Krasnoyarsk to Sharypovo was stopped at 663 km of the federal highway R-255 Siberia. A 54-year-old man was driving and there were 9 passengers inside.

“It turned out that the driver was deprived of his license back in May 2025 for driving into oncoming traffic. Despite this, he did not surrender his driver's license to the traffic police and continued to use it. The man claimed that he did not know about the deprivation of rights. Administrative materials were drawn up against him under Part 2 of Art. 12.7 Code of Administrative Offenses and Part 2 of Art. 11.23 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation,” the police said.

It has been established that the minibus belongs to a Sharypov enterprise that carries out passenger transportation activities.

“In relation to the legal entity, material has been compiled under Part 2 of Art. 11.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Putting a vehicle on the line without a tachograph,” the sanction provides for a fine of up to 50,000 rubles. In addition, a check was initiated under Art. 12.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Admission to driving a vehicle by a driver who does not have the right to drive,” which is punishable by a fine of 100,000 rubles. The minibus was placed in a special parking lot, and the driver was placed in a room for administrative detainees. The inspectors contacted the local motor transport company, after which the passengers were placed on another bus and taken to the bus station, from where they were able to continue their journey,” the traffic police said.
