The bailiff handed the new owner a demand for execution of the court decision, but he refused not only to provide the car, but also to report its location. The bailiffs found the car as part of search operations in the parking lot of one of the shopping centers, organized evacuation and handed it over to its rightful owner,” the press service of the regional Federal Bailiff Service said.
In addition, the debtor was assigned an enforcement fee in the amount of 5,000 rubles for failure to fulfill the requirements, which he paid as soon as possible.
