
It seems logical to choose products marked “0% fat” – less calories, no harm to the figure. But manufacturers often compensate for the taste of sugar, amplifiers and hidden carbohydrates, turning dietary food into a trap for those who want to stay in shape.
These are the products often deceive us, pretending to be useful:
Yogurts without fat
It creates the illusion of harmlessness, but in one jar there can be up to 15 grams of sugar – almost like in a chocolate bar. Without fat, such a product is absorbed faster, sharply increasing the level of insulin and provoking the feeling of hunger in an hour.
Flakes and mugley
They are often positioned as an ideal breakfast for losing weight, but after removing fat, cereals lose their saturation of taste. Manufacturers add honey, molasses or dried fruits, increasing calorie content to 400 kcal per 100 grams – more than in some desserts.
Fool cottage cheese
It is useful in itself, but in combination with honey, jams or ready -made fruit fillers it turns into a carbohydrate bomb. The lack of fat reduces the feeling of satiety, forcing to eat more.
Ready -made smoothies and drinks
The inscriptions “Fitness” and “Detox” mask the high fructose content, which also affects weight as ordinary sugar. Without fiber, which is in solid fruits, these liquids are quickly absorbed, causing glucose jumps.
Small products work only with a careful study of the composition. If sugar, syrup or starch are indicated in the first lines, such a “dietary” choice can quietly increase the daily calorie rate.
