
Rescuers received a message about an explosion in Dulibakh at 17.53, they reported at the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in the Lviv region.
“As a result of the incident, a two-story building was destroyed,” the report said. “Three people were injured and were hospitalized in a medical facility. During work to dismantle the destroyed building, a man without signs of life was found under the rubble. The work continues.”
The police opened criminal proceedings on the fact of an explosion at a car factory in the Stryisky district.
They specified that a 69-year-old local resident died. A 38-year-old resident of the village of Duliby, a 52-year-old resident of Stryi and a 22-year-old resident of Stebnik were injured.
As noted by “Suspilne”a gas explosion occurred at a service station in Duliby.
Local residents said that at the bottom of the destroyed building there was an office where they sold cars, and at the top was the office of the owner of the enterprise. They couldn’t find him – the car was parked, but he didn’t answer the call.
