Victor Kapra, one of the best-known journalists in the economic and technology press in Romania, has died, Mediafax agency announces.

Considered a “veteran” of the media, Victor Kapra was one of the promoters of the IT&C field, working over the years both as a journalist and as a specialist in digital communication.

He coordinated his own online projects and social media campaigns, but also offered consulting in entrepreneurial projects and initiatives.

During 2007-2008, Victor Kapra held the position of new media content manager at Publimedia, the publishing company of the MediaPro group.

Previously, he worked as a desk editor at Mediafax, deputy editor-in-chief at Ziarul Financiar, as well as editor-in-chief of the Go4It publication.

For the past three years, he has published the “Civilization” newsletter on the Substack platform.
