Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Ilya Zaitsev denied rumors about an increase in prices for public transport.
The parliamentarian noted that false information about new transport tariffs in Krasnoyarsk is being actively disseminated on social networks. Telegram channel administrators, one after another, publish fake news that from February 15, the cost of a bus ride will increase from 48 to 60 rubles, and mislead people.
Ilya Zaitsev recalled that the last time the fare for travel in Krasnoyarsk was increased was on September 1, 2025. In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Tariff of the region, it was approved for the period of 2026.
“There can’t be any increase in the near future. The next tariff change is possible only from 2027,” the deputy said.
The parliamentarian also noted that all photographs accompanying publications about increasing fares on the Internet are photomontages.
He called on residents of Krasnoyarsk and the region to be attentive to the information being disseminated, check it with official sources and not forward unconfirmed messages.
