In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, traffic cops rescued a lost newborn calf (video)

In the village of Ilyichevo, Shushensky district, police rescued a newborn calf that got out into the street and got lost. The incident occurred at night when the temperature dropped below −10 °C.

According to the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk, the traffic police crew, consisting of police lieutenants Sergei Akka and Nikita Tishkovsky, discovered the animal near one of the residential buildings during a patrol. To find the owner, the police went around the nearest houses, knocking on windows and waking up residents.

The owner of the calf was quickly identified. He explained that the animal was born several days premature. The kid ran into the yard through a loophole in the fence.

The owner thanked the traffic police inspectors for their help and care.
