Breast augmentation will rise in price in Russia by 10–17% by the end of the year
On average, breast enlargement in Moscow now costs from 350 to 800 thousand rubles. For that kind of money, clients get everything – from the surgeon’s services themselves to the purchase of foreign compression underwear.
But in October, prices will rise, since not only underwear, but also implants are purchased abroad. These are mainly Europe, the USA and Brazil, but recently implants from China have also received a license in the Russian Federation. In general, you can import implants from anywhere, but they are bought for foreign currency. It is its exchange rate that influences price increases.
Doctors also note that Russian women are increasingly refusing operations abroad: it is almost impossible to obtain compensation from foreign surgeons for possible postoperative complications.
