It was established that a 42-year-old man, in order to obtain illegal profits, ordered illegal cigarettes on the Internet and planned to resell them to his business acquaintances for further sale in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
In September 2024, police stopped illegal activities. In the garages rented by the man, they found and seized over 83 thousand packs of cigarettes of various names without markings and with counterfeit excise taxes. The cost of the illegal goods amounted to more than 10 million rubles.

The Central District Court of Krasnoyarsk found the defendant guilty of committing crimes provided for in Part 6 of Article 171.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Purchase, storage, sale of products without labeling and (or) application of information provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, committed on a particularly large scale“, And assigned him punishment in the form of a fine to the state income in the amount of 700 thousand rubles.
