In Krasnoyarsk, more than 20 cats were found in a locked apartment, which had been tormenting their neighbors with their smell for years. The owner kept them at home “for good luck.”

As the regional bailiff service said, the day before employees opened an apartment on the right bank embankment. The apartment has long become a problem for the entire entrance. People complained about the constant stench that came from behind the doors, but they could not get into it – the apartment was locked, and the owner was not at home.

By court decision, the bailiffs escorted a representative of the district administration to the apartment for inspection. Inside they found more than twenty cats, stressed and unsanitary. The specialist noted that the animals need the help of a veterinarian.

According to neighbors present as witnesses, the owner rarely appears in the apartment, mostly at night, and is not going to give the cats away – he believes that they “bring good luck.”
