Residents of Kansk are concerned about the condition of animals in the Laguna pet store

The living conditions of animals in the Laguna pet store raised questions among Kansk residents, and people sounded the alarm on social networks.
An angry post was published on the Telegram channel “Black List of Kansk”. The author of the text shared with his fellow countrymen his impressions of visiting the Laguna pet store. A netizen reported that six months ago he bought a degu squirrel there, which turned out to be unhealthy – the animal began to have seizures at home. However, he did not attach any documents or certificates from the veterinarian to confirm this to the post.
The author of the angry post linked the condition of his pet to the conditions in which animals are kept in the pet store:
“Animals in dirty cages, tortured, with empty bowls, some without water. Isn’t the owner of this establishment ashamed to ruin little lives like this? After all, they can’t take care of themselves,” an Internet user asked; he accompanied his speech with photographs from the store.
Let us recall that last year, after a prosecutor's inspection in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the court banned the Spiders Land zoo from operating in Russia without a license. The entrepreneur was fined for failure to comply with the requirements for the use of animals for cultural and entertainment purposes and their maintenance (Part 1 of Article 8.53 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and for violation of veterinary and sanitary rules (Part 1 of Article 10.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) for 10 thousand rubles.
