The author of the blog advises trying the Japanese method – acupressure. Its effect is achieved from a gentle effect on biologically active points, which relaxes muscles and smoothes the skin.
Try this technique: Lightly touch the outer corners of your eyes with the tips of your index fingers. Gently pull the skin up a little and hold for literally 7 seconds – this is quite enough. You shouldn’t wait longer so as not to harm thin, aging skin.
There is another movement from the drooping eyelids. Gently press your fingertips onto the eyebrow area just above the pupils. Gently press the skin in this area and lift it slightly. Hold your eyebrows in this state for one minute.
Important: pay special attention to the softness of your movements and do not rush – delicacy is most important here. Don't push it too hard or you'll get the opposite effect.
