Dough ingredients:

  • flour 320 g;
  • boiling water 200 ml;
  • eggs 2 pcs.;
  • olive oil 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt 0.5 tsp.

For the sauce:

  • tomato paste 3 tbsp. l.;
  • fresh or dried basil 10 g;
  • mixture of ground peppers 0.5 tsp.

For the filling:

  • mozzarella 200 g;
  • cherry tomatoes 100 g;
  • salami 100 g.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the basil and combine all the ingredients for the sauce.
  2. Thinly slice the mozzarella, cut the cherry tomatoes into slices, and chop the salami into thin slices.
  3. Sift the flour, add salt, make a well and pour in boiling water. Knead a stiff dough.
  4. Add eggs and butter to the dough, knead until it stops sticking to your hands.
  5. Roll out the dough into a circle and form into a heart shape. For beauty, you can twist the edges inward according to their shape.
  6. Lubricate the workpiece with sauce and add the filling. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
