By the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, architectural backlight will appear in 138 buildings of the city

In Krasnoyarsk, 138 buildings will make architectural backlight until 2028. This was announced by the chief architect of the city Yulia Solovarova, speaking at the All-Russian Urban Plazhening with a report on the preparation of the regional center for the 400th anniversary.

“We began to prepare for the anniversary from April 12, 2019. The first step was to put in order of all urban planning documents. We developed the design code of Krasnoyarsk-the architectural and artistan regulations, we work with the passports of the facades of buildings-more than 1300 have already been agreed, and projects for 350 objects have already been implemented, another 60 will be highlighted this year, and we work with the overhaul fund-we coordinate the color and face of the facades before the start of the repair, ”said it Julia Solovarova.

She also shared plans for updating and forming public spaces. So, on the left bank in the future, the embankments from the Assumption Monastery to the Guards Park will be connected, and on the right it is planned to continue the Yarygin Embankment to the southern coast, as well as the new embankment in the Oktyabrsky Bridge.

It should be noted that urban peeling (the so -called meeting of urban planners, architects and urbanists “without ties”) is held in the country for the third time.
