The decision to conclude a fictitious contract to mask the bribe that the company gave to an ANAF inspector of the wrong one and no other company in Romania should resort to “the bribe for survival” or the one “for enrichment”, said Dragoș Anastasiu in the press conference in which he announced his resignation.
