Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor explained whether they may not be allowed to attend the event due to age restrictions

The Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor told whether they can refuse to attend an event if there is an age limit on it.

According to department experts, the organizers have every right to refuse to attend a spectacular event to a person who has not reached the age limit for attending the event.

By law, all entertainment events are equated to information products and must have an age mark: 0+, 6+, 12+, 16+ or 18+. These signs are placed on posters and other announcements, entrance tickets and invitations.

“Organizers are obliged to protect children from information that may harm their health and development. The procedure and conditions for the presence (admission) of children during entertainment events are determined by the local act of the organizer of the entertainment event,” – clarified by the regional Rospotrebnadzor.

Residents are asked to always check before purchasing tickets for age restrictions. This will help avoid any hassles before the start of events at the entrance.
